Mark Krueger's 2023 Land and New Home Forecast

It was a sold out crowd at the 2023 Forecast and Beyond event hosted by the Builders Association and CCIM of Northern Nevada! The "COVID hangover" and interest rates were the primary factors for the dramatic decrease in new home sales that were realized the second half of 2022. However, the Krueger Land Team is optimistic for 2023 and beyond that northern Nevada will weather the storm because it is a great place to live and work!
